Gill Snell
Administration and Operations Co-ordinator
Gill has worked for QTOS since 2015 when, as a family friend, she joined the company as an administrator. Since then, she has taken on a wide range or rolls within the company including recently starting to learn computer aided design software.
In her spare time, she likes to make various crafts and is kept very busy by her two German Shepherd Dogs and walking in the beautiful Devon Countryside.
Lee Durman
On-Site Gas/Service Engineer and Parts Co-ordinator
Lee has worked with Qtos Catering for 8 years where he began as a trainee Commercial Gas Engineer. After qualifying in 2016, he has spent the past 5 years as a key member of our installation and service team where he is well regarded in all aspects of his trade.
When he isn’t fitting and servicing Catering Equipment, Lee enjoys outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking, kayaking and paddle boarding. He is also a keen walker, and enjoys exploring new places across South Devon with his wife and two dogs.
Cara Durman
Kitchen Sales, Marketing and Customer Services
Cara has worked for Qtos since 2018 and in in that time has become an enthusiastic member of the team. She specialises in the sales and design of Qtos’ Commercial Kitchen Schemes and is qualified her level 2 in CAD Design. Cara also demonstrates the ever popular ‘Combination Oven’ to customers and can provide extra support and training. Currently working on the Qtos website, Cara is a big part of Qtos online footprint and takes care of the social media accounts and updates.
In her spare time, Cara enjoys horse riding, cycling and walking her dogs in the Devon Countryside with her husband. Cara also loves a bit of retail therapy, a good holiday, and socialising with her friends and family.
Nick Rowland
Field Sales Manager
With over 30 years experience in Commercial Kitchen sales and design, Nick is a wealth of information regarding Catering Equipment and Interiors. Nick is responsible for designing Kitchen layouts, providing quotes, and recommending the best catering equipment for our customers’ needs. Often being the first point of call, Nick co-ordinates and manages customer enquiries, queries and cooking demonstrations, all of which is usually done on the road!
In his spare time, Nick is a keen boating and Water-Sports enthusiast, and can usually be found tearing up the surf on his jetski! Nick also enjoys eating out at restaurants with his family and catching up with friends at his local pub.
Sue Rowland
Project Manager/ head of accounts
Sue has worked with Qtos for over 20 years and Is responsible for co-ordinating Qtos’ installations and making sure our projects run smoothly. She is very much the ‘heart’ of the office, where she juggles running accounts with managing staff and overseeing purchasing.
When she is not busy at work, Sue enjoys nothing better than walking her beloved German Shepherd dog in the Devon Countryside and on local beaches. Sue enjoys holidaying both abroad and in the UK with her friends and family.
Rob Stone
Extraction Design/ Installation Engineer
Rob has been part of Qtos’ installation team for over 15 years and is well regarded for his attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality kitchen installations. His experience in extraction makes him a key member of our ventilation design.
In his spare time, Rob enjoys spending time with his fiancé and two children. Rob is also a keen pool player, and enjoys participating in local competitions in Torbay.
Lucca
Qtos Mascot
Lucca has worked for Qtos for the past two years as a successful mascot! During this time, he has proved himself to be an attentive and enthusiastic member of the team.
In his spare time, Lucca enjoys ball-games, swimming in the sea and going for long walks in the countryside!
